ReAPI’s AI-powered features currently rely on ChatGPT to assist with tasks like generating schemas, creating example objects, and more. At present, users need to provide their own OpenAI API key to enable these AI features.

Setting Up ChatGPT Integration

1. Obtaining an API Key

• To use ChatGPT with ReAPI, first obtain your API key from OpenAI’s platform. Once you have your key, you’ll be ready to activate AI features within ReAPI.

2. Adding Your API Key

• In ReAPI, navigate to Workspace Settings and locate the OpenAI API Key section.
• Enter your API key in the provided field, then click Validate to confirm the connection. This enables AI functionalities for all supported features, such as schema generation.

3. Managing Your API Key

• You can remove your API key anytime from the same settings section if you no longer wish to use AI features or need to update your key.

Future Enhancements: ReAPI’s Own AI Service

In the future, ReAPI will introduce its own integrated AI service, removing the need to set up an external API key. This built-in solution will provide seamless access to AI-powered features, further simplifying the setup process and enhancing user experience.
